The Muse Residences have broken ground recently in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, going up at 17141 Collins Avenue between the Ocean Four Condominium and Jade Ocean. Developers of The Muse Residences have closed on a $133.7 million construction loan.
The 47-story tower will have 68 residences only and all condos will be delivered fully finished, and equipped with all appliances, fixtures and lighting. The in-house interior design team is working diligently with future home owners including personalized art by Albania born contemporary artist Helidon Xhixha.
What makes The Muse Residences stand out in the current real estate development cycle is the fact that all units have 12’ ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows, 8’ Italian entry doors, and 60’ wide and up to 38’ deep terraces, complete with fully equipped summer kitchens and weather-resistant entertainment systems.
The building will be serviced by two elevators with bio-metric technology opening up directly inside the residences’ foyer. Interior flooring will be crafted with a combination of the finest marble and wood, while room furnishings will include custom-concealed Italian cabinetry and a midnight bar in the master bedroom.
